By accessing the Digital Agency Oman (DAO) platform, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our infrastructure evolves.

02Responsible Extraction

Users are strictly prohibited from using our extraction technology for malicious purposes, harassment, or unauthorized stalking. The tool is designed solely for B2B commercial growh and market research.

03SMTP & Sending Limits

While we provide the infrastructure for unlimited outreach, users are responsible for the health of their own connected SMTP accounts. DAO is not liable for domain blacklisting due to poor outreach practices.

04Limitation of Liability

Digital Agency Oman shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from business decisions made based on extracted data accuracy or campaign performance.
